Dr. B.Madhavi is a licensed Clinical psychologist, Speech therapist and a Special Educator from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

She obtained her Diploma in communication Disorders from Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing, B.Ed. special education (Hearing Impairment) from Andhra Mahila Sabha, Osmania University, Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Sweekar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences, Hyderabad and Ph.D. from SV University, Tirupati.

She has over 22 years of experience in working with children and adolescents with developmental, behavioural, academic difficulties. Her core areas of expertise are psychological assessment and diagnosis of children with developmental disabilities such as Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD and Specific Learning Difficulties, Interventions and, Behaviour Modification.  Assessments and intervention of adults with mental disorders.

She presented 12 papers in National and International conferences and received best paper award for her presentation on Autism. She published 8 articles National and International Publications.

She conducted training programs to the upcoming psychologists on assessments, counselling skills and was a guest faculty at police academy (stress and time management). Conducted training programs to the parents of children with special needs on behaviour modification techniques, speech and language stimulation, auditory training and special education.

Dr. Sai Vamsi Krishna Elaprolu

Dr. Sai Vamsi Krishna Elaprolu is a highly qualified and certified mental health counselor, audiologist, and speech-language pathologist with a diverse educational background and extensive work experience. He holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling Skills from St. Francis College (Osmania University), and a B.Sc. in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped. Additionally, he has earned various certifications from renowned institutions, including the Rehabilitation Council of India and the National Board of Certified Counselors (USA).

With a professional career spanning multiple roles and regions, Vamsi currently serves as a Mental Health Therapist, Speech Therapist, and Audiologist at Dr. Madhavi’s SPARC Family Counselling and Child Development Center in Hyderabad, Telangana. His previous roles include Functional Family Therapist at Center for Children, Inc., where he provided evidence-based therapy to high-risk youth and their families.

His experience also encompasses valuable internships, such as at the Family Health Centers of Baltimore and Devaughn Intervention Teach and Treat Options, where he conducted individual and group therapy sessions for those struggling with mental health diagnoses and addictions. He has also worked as a Mental Health Counselor at World One International Schools, offering one-on-one and group counseling sessions.

In addition to his counseling work, Vamsi has a rich background in audiology and speech-language pathology, having provided assessments and therapy for individuals with hearing and speech disabilities in various institutions across India.

Helen Angeleena is a skilled Special Educator with a Master’s degree in Special Education (Intellectual Disability). With 1 year of experience in a Multi-disciplinary centre, Helen has honed her expertise in designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with special needs.

Her primary responsibilities include adapting instructions to accommodate diverse learning styles, facilitating integration, developing behaviour management plans, and conducting comprehensive evaluations to inform effective teaching methods. Her expertise and experience enable her to provide quality support and education to students with diverse needs.

Sai Vaishnavi

Sai Vaishnavi is a dedicated Behavior Therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in working with children with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Her expertise lies in behavior modification using evidence-based practices and positive reinforcement techniques, creating a supportive environment tailored to each child’s needs.

With a deep understanding of developmental and behavioral challenges, Vaishnavi designs personalized treatment plans to foster growth in communication, social skills, and self-regulation. She empower families by providing practical tools and strategies to support their child’s progress and build resilience. Through collaborative efforts, She ensures lasting positive outcomes, helping children thrive in their daily lives and develop essential skills for the future.
